2015 Swiss Alpine Battle Qualifier WOD #1
- Every 2 minutes (with a Partner) in 10 minutes
- 250/200 meter Row
- 10 Burpees over Rower
- 1 Clean (pre-selected weight)
On a 10-minute clock, perform 5 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written with each round to be completed every 2 minutes. Athletes must preselect one weight for the duration of the workout. Athletes may not increase or decrease weights throughout this workout.
Score is the total weight of successful Cleans for Athlete A and Athlete B.
