"Be Sync Be Strong," 2017 Swiss Alpine Battle Qualifier WOD #1

  • AMRAP (with a partner) in 21 minutes
  • From 0:00-14:00:
  • 12 Synchronized Overhead Squats (50/35 kg)
  • 10 Synchronized Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20 in)
  • Rest in 1 minute.
  • Then, from 15:00-21:00:
  • 1 Rep Max in the following complex:
  • 1 Squat Snatch
  • 2 Overhead Squats
  • 1 Squat Snatch

This workout will be scored in two parts. For the first part of the workout, the score will be the total number of repetitions during the 14-minute AMRAP. Athletes will rest for one minute before proceeding to the second part of the workout. For the next 6 minutes, both athletes will find their 1 rep max of the complex. They have to perform a squat snatch, 2 overhead squats, and one squat snatch without dropping the barbell. The score will be the total weight Athlete A and B lifted successfully.
