- AMRAP in 29 minutes
- From 0:00-12:00, perform:
- 50 Russian Dumbbell Swings (50/35 lb)
- Then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
- 7 Right-Arm Overhead Reverse Lunges (50/35 lb)
- 7 Left-Arm Overhead Reverse Lunges (50/35 lb)
- 7 Dumbbell Russian Twists (50/35 lb, each side)
- Rest 5 minutes
- From 17:00-29:00, perform:
- 50 Russian Dumbbell Swings (50/35 lb)
- Then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
- 7 Handstand Push-Ups
- 14 Goblet Squats (50/35 lb)
On a 29-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. Rest 5 minutes after the initial 12 minutes of the workout.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 29-minute clock stops.
