- 30 Toe Touches to Rucksack
On a 16-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 20 Russian Swings with Rucksack, 30 Mountain Climbers, 10 Rucksack Hang Snatches, and 15 Sit-Ups. Every 2 minutes, complete 30 Toe Touches to Rucksack.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 16-minute clock stops.
Toe Touches to Rucksack: Athlete must touch the Rucksack with their toes alternatingly as fast as possible. Each touch is counted as 1 rep.
