  • 40 second Recovery Jog
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • From 7:00-14:00, AMRAP of:
  • 10 Rucksack Ground-to-Overheads (30/20 lb)
  • 10 Rucksack Strict Presses (30/20 lb)
  • 100 meter Run

From 0:00-5:00, complete 5 rounds of 20 second max distance Run and 40 second recovery jog. Then rest 2 minutes. From 7:00-14:00, perform as many repetitions as possible of 10 Rucksack Ground-to-Overheads, 10 Rucksack Strict Presses, and 100 meter Run.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed in the last 7-minute AMRAP.
