GoRuck At Home Series WOD
- AMRAP in 12 minutes
- 10 Rucksack Ground-to-Overheads (30/20 lb)
- 5 Burpees Over Rucksack
- 200 meter Run
Athletes will move through as many rounds of 10 Rucksack Ground-to-Overheads, 5 Burpees over the Rucksack, and a 200 meter Run as possible in 12 minutes.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
