- 25 Sit-Ups
- 20 Push-Ups
- 15 Rucksack Bent Over Rows (30/20 lb)
- Rest 1 minute
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds with 1-minute rest between rounds.
Score is the time it takes to complete each round.
