Roberts is a Hyrox Doubles workout, that you should complete in a 2-person-team. One round of Roberts consists of 3 parts that you should complete one after another.

This is how Roberts works:

Part a): Doubles Team Member 1 (DTM 1) runs 200m while DTM 2 performs Air Squats. Once DTM 1 returns from the Run, the team members switch exercises and DTM 2 runs 200m while DTM 1 does Air Squats. After DTM 2 completed 200m, the Doubles Team moves on to part b)

Part b) and c) follow the same pattern.

Score is the time on the clock when the 2 rounds are completed.

Movement Standards

Hand Release Push-Up: This is a variation of the standard Push-Up wherein the athlete will release the hands from the ground at the bottom of the Push-Up before pushing up back to the starting position.

Scaling Option: Reduce the workout to one round.
