Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to River Baker, a young man who lost his life on November 2, 2019, when he was struck by a Union Pacific train in Troutdale, Oregon.

This workout was created by Coach Laree Wolfe of Crossfit PFB @crossfitpfbandpfbw (Sandy, Oregon, USA), who also told us that River's mother, Jeri, was a member of CrossFit PFB.

According to Laree, the rep scheme reflects River's date of birth and date of passing.

In her post of the workout, Laree writes: "on November 2nd, River lost his life in a tragic accident. He was one of my seniors who was working very hard towards graduation and had a bright future ahead of him. River was an old soul who loved to play soccer, enjoyed the outdoors, nature, and was an incredible photographer."
