  • 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Alternating Lunges
  • 80 meter Shuttle Sprints
  • 19-17-15-13-11-9-7-5-3-1 Burpees
  • 80 meter Shuttle Sprints

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete will perform 20 Lunges followed by 80 meter Shuttle Sprints, then 19 Burpees 80 meter Shuttle Sprints, continue this with evens being Lunges and Odds being Burpees until you complete the workout. Every run is split by 80 meter Shuttle Sprints.

Shuttle Sprints to be performed with cones 10 meter apart and sprinting 8 times between.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Shuttle Sprints is completed.
