  • AMRAP in 38 minutes
  • Buy-In: 77 Burpees
  • In the remaining time, AMRAP of:
  • 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 2 Deadlifts (225/185 lb)
  • 20 Plate Ground-to-Overheads (45/25 lb)
  • 200 meter Run

On a 38-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete the buy-in of 77 Burpees. Then in the remaining time, athlete must complete as many rounds of 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, 2 Deadlifts, 20 Plate Ground-to-Overheads, and 200 meter Run.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 38-minute clock stops.

Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to retired St. Louis Police Captain David Dorn, who was shot to death by looters at a St. Louis, MO, pawn shop on June 2, 2020.

The workout was designed and submitted by Coach Wayne Lewis, co-owner of CrossFit iQ @crossfitiq (West Palm Beach, FL, USA).

The rep scheme signifies:
– 38 minutes for his years of service
– 6-2-20-20 reps for the date when he was killed
-77 Burpees for his age when he died.
