  • 20 calorie Assault Bike
  • 15 Push Jerks (115/75 lb)
  • 75 Double-Unders
  • 10 Power Cleans (115/75 lb)
  • 15 Box Jump Overs
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • *Start at the next movement each round.

Complete one round of the above movements. Note your time at rest 2:00 before starting the next round. Round 2 starts at push jerks and goes through in order. Round 3 starts at double-unders. Etc. Aim to work at a consistent pace and maintain even splits.

Score is the difference between your fastest and slowest round AND your total time.
