2013 CrossFit Games Regionals WOD
- For Time
- 30 Burpee Muscle-Ups
- Time Cap: 7 minutes
For this event, the athlete will begin on a starting mat. At the call of “3-2-1 … Go!” the athlete will move to a set of rings and begin performing burpee muscle-ups. After the 30th repetition, the athlete will move to the finishing mat and the workout is complete.
About the wod
Even as the CrossFit Games became a big-time sport, with ESPN coverage, stadium workouts and brand name sponsors, the CrossFit Games season preserved the spirit of Aromas in the early years. “Regional competitor” began to carry the same aura that “Games athlete” did just a few years earlier. CrossFitters of Asia, Australia and 15 other regions gathered to watch their area’s fittest fight to make it to the CrossFit Games.
The third of 7 total workouts for the 2013 CrossFit Games Regionals (aka: "Regionals 13.3") was announced on May 6, 2013.
