Score is total number of rounds + reps

Wall ball target height is 10 ft for men, 9 for women. Must squat to full ROM.

Burpee box jumps to a 24”/20” box. Chest must touch the ground on the burpee, hip must reach full extension on the box Jump at the top.

Power clean start on the ground and finish in the front rack with hips at full extension.

This is intended to be a grinder wod. Pace it well as those burpee box jumps get tough!

He was a fireman at Station #19 in Hockessin, DE. He passed away on November 10, 2003.

19 minute is for his station number. The rep scheme 11-10-03 is for the day he passed away.
