  • - 12 DB Deadlifts 50/35
  • - 12 American KB Swings 53/35
  • - 12 DB Thrusters 40/25

Just go. Adjust weights and DU's to SU's if needed so you can move with a purpose with minimal rest. It's only 15 minutes but can feel like an eternity.
