- 20 Bench Presses (bodyweight)
- 20 Front Squats (bodyweight)
- 20 Rope Climbs (15 ft)
Partition the bench presses, front squats and rope climbs as needed.
According to the box their April Fool's day challenges started back in 2014, when the WOD was 500 Burpees for Time. "Well, 4 people took it on as a challenge and every year since we put together something so foolish you would think nobody will do it. We always have a handful that do."
