  • For Time
  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
  • Strict Handstand Push-Ups
  • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
  • Burpee to Pull-Ups

In this workout, the athlete will perform 10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups followed by 1 Burpee to Pull-Up. In each round, the Handstand Push-Ups will reduce by one and the Burpee to Pull-Up increase by one. The athlete will perform this on a clock for time until he finishes with 1 Strict Handstand Push-Ups followed by 10 Burpee to Pull-Up.

Score in this workout is based on the amount of time taken to complete the prescribed amount of work.

Intended Stimulus: Stimulus in this workout is focused on both upper push and pull endurance. Athlete may be limited by aerobic capacity in the burpees, pushing or pulling endurance.
