  • On the 20:00, perform:
  • 1 mile Run
  • On the 40:00, perform:
  • 30 Snatches (135/95 lb)
  • On the 50:00, perform:
  • 10 Legless Rope Climbs
  • 300 foot Handstand Walk
  • Finally, on the 60:00, perform:
  • 150/100 calorie Assault Bike

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Trach all six completion times.

Score is the sum of the six completion times.

Background: “Power Hour” is a benchmark WOD created by a popular functional training program by coach Ben Bergeron @benbergeron (we can’t use the program’s name) that features six workouts in a running clock.

The workout was first posted to their YouTube channel on April 16, 2019 and featured CrossFit Games athletes Katrin Davidsdottir @katrintanja and Tori Dyson @toridysonnn.

This workout includes a heavy “Grace” and “Isabel” benchmark WODs.
