  • Calorie Assault Bike
  • Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 21-15-9 Reps of:
  • Calorie Assault Bike
  • Burpees

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete must complete 21 calorie Assault Bike, 21 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, then 15 reps each and 9 reps. Rest 2 minutes. Then complete 21 calorie Assault Bike, 21 Burpees, moving on to 15 reps each and 9 reps.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Burpees is completed.
