Background: Dedicated to Payton Salzman, who died September 11, 2016. This workout was first posted by Coach Sunny Salzman @coachsunny of Down Home CrossFit and Fitness Center @downhomecrossfit (Pooler, GA, USA) – Payton’s older sister.
Sunny posted the workout on her Instagram on Payton’s birthday in 2016, with the caption: “Happy birthday baby brother. Today would have been 22.”
The reps of the first three movements signify the Payton’s birthday, October 3, 1994. The next four movements with 22 reps signify Payton’s age in 2016. Finally, the reps of the last three movements signify the date of Payton’s passing.
