About the wod
Background: This Australian Hero WOD is dedicated to PTE Scott Palmer who was serving with the Special Operations Task Group when he tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan, on 21 June 2010.

Note: The Rx deadlift weight for this workout was originally written as 160/60kg for male/female – but that women’s weight is atypically low at only 37% of the male weight. So we adjusted the female weight shown above based on a more common scale of about 65-70% of the male weight (110kg in this case).
