We first found this workout posted by Australian Hero Games' (@australianherogames) website.
Note: The Rx deadlift weight for this workout was originally written as 160/60kg for male/female - but that women's weight is atypically low at only 37% of the male weight. So we adjusted the female weight shown above based on a more common scale of about 65-70% of the male weight (110kg in this case).
