“Pace Maker #3”

  • 5 Rounds for Time
  • 15 Power Snatches
  • 400 meter Run
  • Rest 2 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds. Utilize the same load that you used in the Pace Maker #1. But, you MUST do only SINGLE repetitions. I repeat, AVOID GOING TOUCH AND GO. But get back to the bar again quickly. Every time you finish the snatches start running immediately, but run 10 seconds slower than your running time at Pace Maker #2. :20 Rest after each round is mandatory. Trust me.

Score is TOTAL time. But record also each round split time.
