The "Ozzy" Hero WOD was first posted on crossfit.com as the workout of the day for Saturday, November 1, 2014 (141101). When it was posted no prescribed (Rx) deficit was specified for the deficit HSPUs. We set 6" deficit for males / 4" for females as a standard for this Hero WOD.
