Ex: This workout was designed as a tribute to my grandfather, Larry, who passed away at the age of 94. A track star in his youth, he was an inspiration to me in my pursuit of fitness.

– The 21 Wall Ball shots represent the number of grandchildren he had when he passed.
– The 14 Toes-to-Bar represent the number of years he spent running his business, which was his passion until late in life.
