Three Kings Athletics Outside the Box WOD
- EMOM in 30 minutes
- Minute 1: 12 Burpees
- Minute 2: 12 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
- Minute 2: 6x20 foot Shuttle Runs
- Repeat 10x
On a 30-minute clock, every minute on the minute (“EMOM“) complete the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 30-minute clock stops.
