Background: This memorial workout is dedicated to Núria Campos, mother of Albert Macian (Head Coach of One Mile CrossFit @onemilecrossfit, Barcelona, Spain) who passed away on July 27, 2019, due to cancer.

This workout was submitted to us by One Mile CrossFit.

In their submission, One Mile CrossFit explained that they collaborated with CrossFit Lynx and CrossFit Front Garden to create this workout and host fundraising events to pay homage to Núria.

According to the submission, the weight vest represents being weighed down by the torment of illness. The burpee muscle-ups represent all the times she fell and always got back up. The wall ball shots represent all the energy and thanks the family received.
