- 5 Rounds for Time
- 6 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
- 9 Hang Squat Snatch (95/65 lb)
- 6 Strict Pull-Ups
- Rest 3 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds with 3-minute rest in between.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Strict Pull-Ups is completed.
