- Time Cap: 25 minutes
Athletes must complete 300 Double-Unders, then a 3,000 meter Row, then 300 Double-Unders as quickly as possible.
Score is the time on the clock when the workout is completed.
Movement Standards
Double-Under: The Rope must clearly pass twice under the feet.
Row: Athletes must show the monitor when getting on and off the Rower.
