- For Time
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Squat Cleans (2x35/20 lb)
- 10 Burpees
With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). The first round is 10 Squat Cleans and 10 Burpees. Then, complete 9 Squat Cleans and 10 Burpees. Continue with this pattern, reducing 1 Squat Clean after every round and perform the same number of Burpees.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Burpees is completed.
