  • EMOM in 15 minutes
  • Minute 1: 20 Alternating Bicep Curls (50/35 lb)
  • Minute 2: 10 Lying Skullcrushers (50/35 lb)
  • Minute 3: V Raises (lightweight)
  • Repeat 5x

On a 15-minute clock, complete 5 rounds of the prescribed work every minute on the minute (“EMOM“).

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Lying Skullcrusher: Hold the Dumbbell above your chest straight up. Then, move the Dumbbell overhead by bending the elbows, keeping the upper arms in place and perpendicular to the body. Keep lowering the Dumbbell until it is in line with the bench top, before moving back up to the starting position.

V Raise: This is a variation of the standard Bent Over Row wherein athlete will raise both hands overhead like a ‘V’ while holding a lightweight Plate. This counts as 1 rep.
