With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 10 rounds. There is a 12-minute time cap for this workout.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of burpees is completed.

Build that swing tolerance. This is a technique enforcer. Bad technique will result in tiring shoulders, grip and core.
