  • 5 Rounds for Time
  • 3 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 150 meter Row
  • 10 Burpees
  • 100 meter Farmer's Carry with Grocery Bags
  • Continue with this pattern, adding 3 Handstand Push-Ups every round.

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds. Athlete must complete 3 Handstand Push-Ups, 150 meter Row, 10 Burpees and 100 meter Farmer’s Carry in the first round. For the second round, athlete will increase the Handstand Push-Ups by 3 reps and perform the same sequence. Continue with this pattern, adding 3 Handstand Push-Ups every round.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Farmer’s Carry is completed.
