About the wod
This Firefighter Hero WOD is dedicated to Michael Haub, FDNY, Ladder 4, who was killed on September 11, 2001.
Michael Helmut Haub, 34, of Franklin Square, was ending his shift as a probationary firefighter with midtown’s Ladder Co. 4 when the call came in about the attack. His remains were found in the lobby area of the south tower.
