- 20 Rounds for Time
- 1 Front Squat (55% BW)
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- Rest 30 seconds between sets.
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 20 rounds. Rest 30 seconds between sets
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of box jumps is completed.
