This “Mel” memorial WOD from CrossFit Surge (Northglenn, CO) was developed as a tribute to a member, “one of the young, beautiful and strong athletes in CrossFit Surge” who developed brain cancer. We first found the workout posted on a member’s Instagram. It said Mel’s best friend “organized a benefit WOD in less than 2 weeks, donated her own hair, and raised over $3,000.”
