  • 800m Run
  • 100 Thrusters (40/25kg) + 100 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 600m Run
  • 100 Box jumps (24/20 inch) + 100 Wall Balls (12/9kg)
  • *Athletes complete run together and split movements you go I go until complete

Both athletes will start with the 800m run together before moving on to completing 100 Thrusters and 100 Bar facing burpees, you can break this down how ever you wish but only 1 athlete can work at a time.
Once complete move on to 600m run followed by 100 Box Jumps and 100 Wall balls in the same fashion
