Start the workout with a 400m run, then you have a descending ladder (10-1) of hang power snatches and burpees over the bar. After you finish the 10-1, you have an 800m run. When you get back from the run, you start an ascending ladder (1-10) of hang squat cleans and burpees over the bar. Once you finish 1-10, you complete the workout with a final 400m run.
