Background: This workout is dedicated to Crew Manager and Ex Corporal Graeme Mathew Brown, of the Royal Air Force, who died in the line of duty from a sudden heart attack on February 27th, 2018.

This workout was submitted to us by Helder Ferreira who worked side-by-side with Matty in Kabul, Afghanistan (HKIA Fire Department), and was created by Daniel Danao who trained with Matty at an unaffiliated gym they called NoKabull.
