This workout is a combination of Mary and Elizabeth. Score is time to completion.

Start by performing 2 Rounds of Mary (5 HSPU, 10 Pistols, 15 Pull-Ups). After two rounds, perform the first round of Elizabeth – 21 Squat Cleans (135/95) and 21 Ring Dips.

Perform your 2 rounds of Mary again, then the middle round of Elizabeth. Then 2 more rounds of Mary, and the last round of Elizabeth.

The toughest part of this workout will change based on your weakness, but make sure to pace Mary well. Once handstand push ups (or ring dips go) it is hard to get them back!
