- For Time
- Buy-In: 800 meter Run
- Then, 8 Rounds of:
- 8 Push-Ups
- 8 Pull-Ups
- 8 Air Squats
- Then, Cash-Out: 800 meter Run
With a running clock, start the workout with an 800 meter Run. Immediately after the run move to the 8 rounds of Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, and Air-Squats. As soon as the 8th round is completed, move immediately to the final 800 meter Run.
Score is the time on the clock when the second 800 meter Run is finished.

Background: This memorial workout was designed by CrossFit Hyannis @crossfithyannis (Massachusetts, USA) to honor and remember 8-year-old Martin Richard, who was killed in the Boston Marathon bombing on Monday April 15, 2013. “Martin” was posted on the gym’s website as the workout of the day four days later.
