  • 60 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs (24/20 in, 2x35/20 lb)

  • 60 Double-Unders
  • 60 calorie Bike
  • 60 Double-Unders

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Double-Unders is completed.

Intended Stimulus

Designed to be a long “grinder” taking around 30 minutes to complete. It is intended to be a consistent pace throughout the workout and at no point should you be redlining, until you are about done with the Burpees. Constant movement is the goal!
