Background: This hero workout is dedicated to Major Trevor Joseph, 1st Batallion, 5th Aviation Regiment, US Army, who was killed in a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter accident on September 26, 2019, during a JRTC rotation within the Fort Polk training area, Louisiana.

Major Joseph is survived by his wife, Mrs. Erin Joseph.

This workout was designed by Coach Ashley of Arkaios CrossFit @arkaioscrossfit (Waipahu, Hawaii, USA).

The significance of the workout includes:
