  • For Time
  • 15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
  • Kettlebell Cleans + 2 Marches (L+R)
  • Kettlebell Over Burpees

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 15 Kettlebell Clean + 2 Marches and 15 Kettlebell Over Burpees before moving on to 12 reps of each movement down to 3 reps.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Kettlebell Over Burpees is completed.

Tips and Strategy

Pick the heaviest Kettlebell you got and get to it, fire up those hips and hamstrings with the Clean and get the core kicking with the marches before you set fire to your lungs with the Kettlebell over Burpees. This is dynamite…Short, Sweet & Savage.

Movement Standards

Kettlebell Clean + March: Perform a standard Kettlebell Clean and march in place with the left leg then the right leg for 1 repetition.
