  • Then, 5 Rounds of:
  • 15 Toes-to-Bars
  • 5 Power Cleans (225/155 lb)
  • Time Cap: 20 minutes

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“).

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Power Cleans is completed.

Tips and Strategy

The main focus is the gymnastics. Smart and consistent sets. The goal on the Barbell is quick singles.
