This "Mabry Medley" benchmark workout is a triplet consisting of handstand push-ups, ground-to-overheads and burpees.

We first found this workout in a 2010 CrossFit video featuring athlete interviews and highlights of the workout (which was WOD #2 from the Central/South Texas CrossFit Games Sectional).
