“Living Room Mash 95”

- For Time
- 21-15-9 reps of:
- Chair Dips
- Then, 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
- Box Step-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete will start with 21 reps each of Chair Dips and Burpees, moving on to 15 reps and 9 reps. Then, athlete will move on to 50 reps each of V-Ups and Box Step-Ups, down to 40 reps each, and so on.
Score is the time time on the clock when the last set of the Box Step-Ups is completed.
