- Four Tabatas for Total Reps in 19 minutes
- Tabata Jumping Squats
- Rest 1 minute
- Tabata Hand Release Push-Ups
- Rest 1 minute
- Tabata V-Ups
- Rest 1 minute
- Tabata Burpees
On a 19-minute clock, perform 4 Tabatas with 1-minute rest in between Tabatas. Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. The first Tabata is Jumping Squats, rest 1 minute, then 8 intervals of Hand Release Push-Ups. Rest for another minute, then proceed to Tabata V-Ups. Then, rest again for 1 minute before moving on to the final Tataba of Burpees.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 19 minute clock stops.
Movement Standards
Jumping Squat: This is a variation of the standard Air Squat wherein athlete will jump at full extension to complete 1 rep.
Hand Release Push-Up: This is a variation of the standard Push-Up wherein athlete will release both hands once the chest touches the ground before pushing back up to the starting position.
