- 2 Reverse Lunges
- 4 Table Rows
- 4 V-Ups
- 4 Reverse Lunges
- Continue with this pattern, adding 2 reps to each movement after every round.
On a 15-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. The first round consists 2 reps of Table Rows, V-Ups, and Reverse Lunges. The second round will start with 4 reps each and so on.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.
