- 4-8-12-16-20-24-28-32-36-40 Walking Lunges
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Handstand Push-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. In the first round, athlete will perform 4 Walking Lunges and 10 Handstand Push-Ups. On the next round, complete 8 Walking Lunges and 9 Handstand Push-Ups and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Handstand Push-Ups is completed.
